By confirming the reservation, the customer agrees to the rules and policies outlined in this document, including the general rules, privacy policy, booking policy, and facility usage policies. The customer also commits to providing accurate information about themselves and to adhering to the hotel’s rules.
Rules and policies
Reservation Policies
- Reservations can be canceled without penalty or free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations made within the penalty period or no-shows will incur a charge for one night.
- During holidays, a minimum of 3 nights’ reservation is required.
- On weekends, a minimum of 2 nights’ reservation is required.
- Reservations can be modified up to 5 days before check-in and are subject to availability.
General Rules
- The guest is responsible for any damages and/or injuries caused to themselves, other guests, staff, or the hotel’s infrastructure and equipment, and is obligated to pay for or compensate for such damages.
- External individuals allowed into our facilities may only access and stay in the common kitchen area.
- To safeguard valuable items and money brought by the guest, the hotel safe in the room may be used. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of these items.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or the lobby.
- Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed.
- We are not responsible for accidents or theft during your stay in the cabin.
Prohibited Activities
- Cutting down trees, shrubs, branches, or flowers.
- Littering in unassigned areas, washing vehicles.
- Parking in unassigned spaces.
- Carrying weapons of any kind.
- Making excessive noise and causing disturbances.
- Using hotel equipment for purposes other than its intended use.
- Removing any items or furniture from the rooms or common areas.
- Using high-energy-consuming appliances not installed in the rooms.
- In general, any act that disturbs or intimidates other guests.
Use of Facilities
To ensure the proper use of facilities, it is important to follow the established rules and regulations.
Saunas and Spa
The Sauna and Spa is an area designed for relaxation and tranquility. Please adhere to the following rules. Operating hours: 3 PM to 6 PM (to be confirmed).
Sauna
- If you have heart problems, are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, it is recommended not to stay for long periods.
- Do not wear jewelry or metal accessories as they can burn your skin with heat.
- Avoid using lotions, body creams, or any thick products on the skin, as they can clog your pores.
- Always use a towel to sit on to avoid burns and maintain hygiene.
- It is recommended to cover your hair to prevent damage from the heat.
- Be careful when moving around the sauna.
- Always wear appropriate footwear.
- After leaving the sauna, it is essential to drink water to avoid dehydration.
- If you start experiencing symptoms like dizziness or fatigue, please exit the sauna.
Spa
- Make an appointment in advance for the Spa.
- Please be punctual for your scheduled Spa appointment.
- Rescheduling an appointment will incur an additional fee.
- Do not use towels from the rooms in the Spa. Request towels at reception.
- Please inform the person in charge of your service of any questions or concerns you may have.
- Keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing others nearby.
- It is recommended to leave your valuable items in your rooms.
- MONTEFUEGO is not responsible for the loss of valuable items.
Pool rules
- Entrance is allowed until 10 PM.
- Enter the pool through the designated access door.
- No smoking and no littering in the pool area.
- Do not use the pool during maintenance hours.
- Do not use towels from the rooms in the pool. Request towels at reception.
- No running or inappropriate entering into the pool.
- Do not enter the hotel premises wet.
Common Kitchen
The kitchen is a communal area where guests can share, so please follow these rules:
- Removing furniture, dishes, utensils, or equipment from the kitchen to other areas is not allowed.
- Always maintain order and cleanliness after using any appliance or utensil.
- Products and food taken from the fridge, pantry, or bar will be charged to your account for payment upon check-out. In the case of external guests, payment will be collected at that moment.
- Smoking inside the kitchen is not allowed.
- In case of an emergency or accident, a first aid kit is available.
Privacy Policies
- MONTEFUEGO is aware of all legal regulations and understands the importance of information privacy.
- The information provided by our clients will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances or for any purpose.
- The information will be stored with strict confidentiality and will only be used to maintain business contact.
