The customer also commits to providing accurate information about themselves and to adhering to the hotel’s rules.

Reservation Policies
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in.
If you cancel within the penalty period or do not show up, one night’s stay will be charged.
One-night stays are available depending on availability, and the price may vary.
During holidays, the minimum stay requirement is three nights.
On weekends, the minimum reservation is two nights.
Reservations can be modified up to five days before check-in, subject to availability.
General Rules
Please take care of the facilities and respect other guests. If any damage occurs, it will be necessary to assume the corresponding responsibility.
For safety reasons, unregistered visitors may only remain in common areas, such as the lobby.
We recommend using the safety box in your room to safeguard your valuable belongings.
Pets should remain at home, please.
For everyone’s comfort, our rooms and lobby are smoke-free spaces.
Access is allowed for guests aged 18 and over, except for reservations of the Full House package.
Please take necessary precautions, as accidents or thefts during your stay in the cabin are beyond our responsibility.
Prohibited Activities
Help us protect the environment by avoiding cutting plants or flowers.
Please use the assigned containers to keep the areas clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Parking in unassigned areas.
Carrying any type of weapons.
Avoid loud noises, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., to respect everyone’s peace and prevent conflicts.
Ensure you use the facilities only for their intended purposes.
Removing items or furniture from the rooms or common areas.
Using high-energy-consuming devices other than those installed in the rooms.
Any behavior that disrupts the tranquility of other guests is not permitted.
Use of Facilities
To fully enjoy our facilities, we invite you to follow the established regulations for your comfort and safety.
Saunas and Spa
The sauna and spa are perfect spaces to relax and disconnect. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your tranquility and that of others:
A prior appointment is required to use the spa, and the cost may vary depending on the service.
The maximum usage time for the dry or steam sauna per room is one hour daily; extended time may harm your health.
Sauna
If you have any medical conditions, such as heart problems or pregnancy, we recommend limiting your time in the sauna. Your well-being is our priority.
Avoid wearing jewelry or metal accessories, as the heat may cause burns.
Do not apply lotions, body creams, or products to your skin before entering the sauna, as they may clog your pores.
Always use a towel to sit on to avoid burns and maintain hygiene.
Cover your hair, as the heat may damage it.
Be cautious when moving around the sauna.
Always wear appropriate footwear and take care when moving, as the floor may be wet.
Stay hydrated after your sauna session.
If you feel dizzy, tired, or unwell, leave the sauna immediately and notify our staff.
Spa
Prior appointments are necessary for the spa; schedules may vary depending on availability.
Be punctual for your scheduled time, as delays may affect your session duration.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, contact us in advance; this may incur an additional fee.
Inform the staff about any questions or issues during your service.
We recommend leaving valuable belongings in your room.
Use the safety box to safeguard your valuables. MONTEFUEGO is not responsible for losses.
